This First Communion card is circa 1920s and has a cut out of the communicant along with hand-painted flowers in each corner of the card. "Souvenir de Communion" is written in script at the bottom of the card. There was formerly a ribbon inserted through the slots at the top and bottom of the card, which is made of a plastic known as rhodoïd (cellulose acetate). Dimensions are 4.5" x 2". Card has some discoloration. Please examine photos carefully and do let me know if you would like more as I will be happy to oblige.
