This French "Bebe" brooch with angel is circa 1920s-1930s, based on the catch, which is safety style and looks a bit like a safety pin. It is of an unknown metal and is 1.5" x ½" at its widest. It is marked "Royal" on the back, and there is also an illegible mark.
