Small French tabletop frame, unknown metal, circa early 1900s.
This frame in geometric design from France is Art Deco era and has an adjustable back by which to display it. Back marks are Galb-Email, the abbreviation for the obsolete French patent mark- "Breveté Sans Garantie Du Gouvernement," "No. 89," and "Fabrication Française."
*Condition: Please note the frame has wear to the metal. Also, there is no covering over the face of the frame, and the surface of the oval metal backing has rust and other marks indicative of age and wear.
Dimensions are 2 ¾" x 2".
