Académie des Jeux, mid-1800s French Book on Games

This antique, French book, Académie des Jeux, is 110 pages and circa mid to late 1800s. The paper is fragile so care must be taken when handling. There is much foxing throughout, and the pages are roughly cut as seen in the last photo. Additionally, two blank pages at the front of the book are stuck together as shown in the third photo and pages 86-87 and 97-100 are unopened (uncut).
The binding is loose between some pages, as evidenced in photo seven, and there is wrinkling and buckling to some pages as seen in the fourth, sixth and eighth photos. The ninth photo shows a reinforcement strip applied down the center between the two pages. These are evident throughout the book.
