This antique engraving from France is from 1768 and by H. Gravelot and Louis Binet. The piece measures 5.5" x 3.5" and has significant wear in the form of buckling to the paper, a tear to the right side as seen in the fourth, fifth (Appearing on left side as you are viewing the back of the engraving.) and sixth photos. Also, the left corner is missing, and the left side has a tear and jagged edge, especially toward the bottom. Finally, there is foxing, most evident in the lower half of the engraving.
Note the lines evident in the sixth photo. This is known as "laid paper" and was common at this time (and debuted in the 12th century) before the advent of wove paper in the 19th century.
Lucrece is a poem by Shakespeare.
