This French medal depicts the Virgin Mary with a fleur-de-lis on the reverse and the motto of the Brotherhood of the Three Ave Marias of Blois-- Power, Mercy and Wisdom.
The third photo shows the stamping "France," although there is no hallmark so I do not believe this is silver.
I am not certain of this medal's exact age, but I've seen it attributed to the late 1800s and early 1900s though 1930. I am more inclined to believe it is circa 1920s-1930s.
Dimensions of the medal are approximately 6/8" x ⅜".
