Black silk Victorian era mourning blouse with lace, pin tucks and hook and eye closures. In exceptional condition for its age with no holes, tears, wear, or fading and no missing closures. However, the interior does have one padded piece on one side but nothing on the other.
The third photo shows a detail of the lace and needlework on the end of the sleeve. The fourth photo shows lace on the bodice.

Top of neck (at upper edge of white tulle trim) to waist is 17.5".
Waist is 24".
Bust is 28".
