This rare, vintage Noritake dish has the back stamp of Morimura Brothers that dates it to the period of 1921-1924. The style is Art Deco with an air of the Secession movement.
There is a blemished area shown in the third photo, which looks as if it was a painting accident involving the gilded trim, but I cannot be certain.
Dimensions are 10 1/4" x 6 7/8". Depth is approximately 2".
