Wedgwood Bouillon Cups in Swallow Pattern

Sorry, this item has sold.

The particular mark seen on the bottom of the cups was developed from an 1878 mark. This pattern, Swallow, was manufactured by Wedgwood between 1972 and 1987. Since the registered trademark symbol was added in 1974, I'm dating these bouillon cups as being from the period 1970-1973.

The depth is 2" and the measurement across the mouth of the cup is 4.5".

Please note the areas of wear in the fifth and sixth photos. These rubs are barely discernible to the unaided eye but more evident under magnification, as seen in these photos. The other close-up photos are meant to show the colorful vibrance of this pattern.

The price is for both bouillon cups.

Thank you for looking.
