The lid is 9 3/4" square. The base is 10 3/4" x 10 1/2". Depth is 1 1/4". There is considerable wear in the form of tarnish and rust. Do let me know if you'd like more photos as I'll be happy to oblige.

In 1890, the American Biscuit & Manufacturing Company was formed with 35 independent bakers consolidating to compete with other large conglomerates.

In 1898, all competing groups combined and formed the National Biscuit Company or Nabisco.

In 1902, Nabisco board member Joseph Loose left to form Loose-Wiles Biscuit Company with his brother Jacob and John Wiles.

In 1946, Loose-Wiles officially changed their name to Sunshine Biscuit, Inc. so I'm dating this display case as being circa 1920s based on this information and also on the Art Deco design on the lid.
