This CDV, from a Paris flea market, measures 4" x 2.5" and was produced, probably on occasion of a voyage to Paris as the back attests to in May of 1872. The photographer is A. Le Jeune, a successor to "Old Mr. Levitsky" as the back informs us in French.
Please note edge wear of photo and a mark on the surface of the photo in the center of the girl's neck directly above the middle of her collar. I've not attempted to clean this and am not sure it can be cleaned without further damage to the photo.

I LOVE this CDV! It is very special!!! The CDV is very clear and in great shape! The writing on the back makes it ultra special! I cannot wait to show it to my son! He speaks French as a second language and has been to Paris numerous times. I wish this little girl could talk. Thank you for refunding me on shipping.
