This vintage paint by numbers is probably oil and more than likely circa 1950s.
Dimensions are 17" x 13" x ¼". Painting is ready to hang. Please note water damage to cardboard on back of painting. This is dry and doesn't appear to have affected the painting.
I believe this piece was framed before the paint was completely dry. Please examine photos to see where it appears that some paint is adhered to the glass. Also, note photo nine, in particular, as there are a few magenta-colored splotches under the glass. This is inexplicable as there is no such color in the overall painting. I do not believe this detracts from the overall impression of the painting when viewed in its entirety.
Also, please note areas of wear to the frame. Please do ask if you'd like more photos as I'll be happy to oblige.
