This vintage communion photo (from a Parisian flea market) was taken in 1923 and identifies the boy as "Francis" on the back of this photo postcard. I believe the publisher/photographer is Zanetti of 41 Avenue Victoire in Nice, and the title reads "Summer in Cauterelt." I'm uncertain if this is a typo as Cauteret is a spa and ski town in the Occitanie region and is 20 miles from Lourdes.
Dimensions are 5 ½" x 3 ½".
