This faience sugar bowl and creamer set is known as Rouen ware (from the region/city in which it was produced) and from Mont Saint Michel, which delineates the border of Normandy and Bretagne.
Marked "handmade" in French as "fait main."
Please note the area of wear on the edge of the creamer as shown in the fourth photo. Also note the third and seventh photos. These marks appear to be imperfections in the surface of the clay that were present upon firing as they're glazed over and not unfinished as a chip on the surface of a fired piece might be.
Height of sugar bowl is 1 3/4" without the lid. Base is 2 1/2" across. Creamer is 3" in height and base is 1 7/8" across.
