This set of shoe clips is comprised of cut steel and a velvety material. The backs do not appear to have their full clips. In fact, I think there is a partial clip on only one. There is material sewn over both backs, and I don't want to remove it. So, please go with the assumption that there are no working/usable clips on these.
I'm estimating these are circa 1920s.
The clips are 2" across, 1.5" at their widest and 1.25" at their narrowest.
