Double-Six, Ivory-Colored Spinner Dominoes Set

Thank you to http://www.domino-play.com/Collecting.htm for the information on dominoes. This set of double-six "spinner" dominoes contains 28 ivory-colored tiles with black pips and brass studs in the center of each tile. The raised stud helps protect the face of the tile when shuffling, and these studs are what make these dominoes "spinners."

The tiles are in good condition with only one exhibiting damage (as seen in the ninth photo).
They come in a wooden box with a sliding lid and jointed corners and nails holding the box together. There is discoloration on the fronts and backs and edges of the tiles, but this may perhaps be removed with a damp Mr. Clean eraser rubbed gently across the surface of each tile.

I don't know the provenance of this set; therefore, I do not know the exact age, so I will date them as being vintage

The weight of the dominoes and the box together is almost 30 ounces. The box is approximately 8 1/4" x 3" x 2 1/2". The tiles are 2" x 1" x 1/2".
