This glass paperweight has been reverse painted with blue jays and cherry covered foliage in the interior. I've seen these paperweights attributed to Chinese artisans so perhaps this is Asian in provenance.
The sixth, seventh and eight photos show the hole in the bottom of the paperweight and two partial views of the painted design in the interior.
The paperweight is approximately 11" in circumference, and the small base (where the hole is) is 1.25" across.
