This antique Fulani necklace is from the Gold Coast of Africa, now considered Ghana. It comes with an identification card identifying its provenance. It was originally purchased from Cadoo Trading Company of Mufreesboro, Arkansas.
The necklace measures 11" from the yellow beads at the top to the center of the white beaded portion. The beads, in vibrant blue, yellow and red and a pearlescent white, appear to be glass strung on raffia.
