According to www.henryford.org, this vintage board game was produced by the Transogram Company between 1937-1945.
One side of this board depicts "Dog Race New Racing Game Sensation!" and the other side shows a game called "Fish-Pond."
The board is made of heavy cardboard and measures 12 1/8" x 10 3/4". It does have some wear as seen in the photos. Do let me know if you'd like more photos as I'll be happy to oblige.
The Fish-Pond side of the board has "Manufactured by Transogram Co., Inc. N.Y.C." at the bottom. The Dog Race side has something but it's cut off at the bottom.
