I'm not certain of the age of this plaque of substantial heft, but I believe it to be from the first part of the 20th century, if not a bit older.
It is French, with the word "offrandes," which means "offering." This may have been used in a church.
Dimensions are 7 ⅜" x 1.5". There is a hole on either side to secure the plaque.
