This vintage button card by Harvey Chalmers & Son, Inc. contains three size 5 Galalith buttons and has wear. Galalith is a synthetic plastic material formed by the milk protein casein and formaldehyde.
I'm estimating this card as being from the late 1930s, early 1940s as the need for milk as a protein rich food to combat the other food restrictions imposed during WWII increased, and Galalith production slowed down and eventually ceased.
Please see photos to assess card's condition and do let me know if you require more photographs or information.
Dimensions are 3.25" x 2.50".
