Angel/Our Lady of Lourdes Scroll Pendant, 800 Silver Hallmark, Engraver Jean Balme

This pendant, from the early 20th century, is hallmarked 800 silver with the diamond shaped lozenge, sometimes used in France instead of a boar's head or other symbols denoting silver.
The front of the pendant features an angel with a heart, and the reverse has the famous apparition of the Virgin appearing to Bernadette Soubirous at the Lourdes grotto along with the lozenge and "800." "France" appears on the front of the bale.
The engraver's initials JB (Jean Balme) are in the lower left of the front of the medal.
The pendant measures ½" x ¾", not including the bale.
*****Condition: Please note that there is wear to the medal with the most being on the reverse consisting of dark marks, perhaps where the silver has worn away. Please examine all photos and do let me know if you need more as I'll be happy to oblige.
