This unopened package of "abrasive powder" is circa 1910 and from France. There is general wear to the paper wrapper, and the condition of the contents are unknown. I don't believe it advisable to use this cleansing powder as I do not know its composition.
The translated text reads: First clean with the Tripoli diluted in a little water, then rub dry with the powder to give the shine.
Dimensions are 3.75" x 1.75" x ⅞".
