This vintage, possibly antique, appliqué from France has a rose motif and is hand sewn. Please note that the stitches aren't uniform in some places when observed with a loupe in person or when using the zoom function here to view the photos. Also, the reverse of the appliqué has some darkened areas that I believe are from the piece being detached from its original backing.
Dimensions are approximately 6" at longest point and 4.5" at its widest point.
