This small piece of Gobelin needlework features a man and woman in circa 1700s clothing. Please note that the piece is not from the 1700s, only the figures appear in clothing from that period.
The entire piece measures roughly 5.5" x 5". The material has creases and folds and what seems to be a tape of sorts in some areas. The stitched portion measures approximately 3.25" across. So again, the piece is small.
