This key or garment hook is from Belgium, but its provenance is unknown. It measures 3" x 2" at its widest, not including the hook. With the hook, it measures 3.5". There are three holes through which to mount the piece, one at the top and two on either side of the slipper.
I've seen this hook attributed to Walter Bosse, but I can find no confirmation and personally do not believe it to be a Bosse.
