This is more than likely circa 1900s as the style references this time period. Dress is light cotton with some staining. I've tried to show the flaws in the photographs. If you need more photos, do let me know, and I'll be happy to oblige.
The measurements are 20.50" shoulder to hem and approximately 11" armpit to armpit. Dress measures approximately 10" from edge of sleeve to neckline. Please let me know, if you need more measurements.
The dress looks to be handmade, and there is no tag. There is one button closure with a small loop on the back, and both are intact and in working order.
