French, cut steel, antique (circa 1800s) button, approximately ⅝". PH Paris back mark.
Third photograph was taken in the sunlight. The first photograph is just with natural light but not directly in the sun.
Please note that there is some wear (dark spots) on the button's surface, especially around the edges.
