Billy DeVorss was a well known pin-up artist along with Gil Elvgren, Vargas and Earl Moran. I am pretty certain that this is a reprint as the quality is too fine for it to be a vintage poster.
The title is "Pose Please" and it originally appeared in 1945. The size is approximately 10.25" x 7.75".
