Art Deco, Enamel and Silver Medal, Virgin Mary, Lourdes Pendant, French 1930s

This vintage, circa 1930s French medal is Art Deco in style. It is comprised of enamel and, I believe, at least 800 silver. There are some marks on the bale that are mostly illegible, but I believe at least one is a boar's head. Dimensions are ½" x ⅜", not including the bale.
The front features the Virgin in blue enamel with enameled insets in all four corners, and the reverse features a blue enameled Our Lady of Lourdes appearing to Bernadette Soubirous in 1858. Soubirous was later sainted in 1933. The four corners of the reverse also have enameled insets.
*****Condition: Please note there is wear, mainly to the silver on the front and reverse of the medal. Please examine the photos carefully and do let me know if you need more as I'll be happy to oblige.
