This vintage photo postcard of Saint Nicholas is from France and is dated 1946. Saint Nicholas has written a note to "Little Jean Marie" in French, and the postcard has "Imprimé en France" on the reverse, meaning it was printed in France.
Publisher's logo is in lower left corner- JC Paris. Could be J. Courcier but I am unsure.
Dimensions are 5.5" x 3.5".
