I'm conservatively dating this belt/sash buckle as circa 1910s. It is Art Nouveau with respect to motif with floral embellishments and from France. The metal appears to be gold-plated, but I cannot be sure as there are no hallmarks or maker's marks. Please note that the prong does not move but just gives the illusion of being a belt buckle. A sash would be threaded through the openings.
Dimensions are 9 cm x 6 cm.
There is slight wear to the metal in the form of rubs but nothing too glaring. Do examine the photos carefully and please let me know if you need more as I'll be happy to oblige.
Thank you for looking.
