This vintage horse head bottle opener is marked "Horsy" and "Paris" on the underside. I've seen these bottle openers dated from the 1950s-1970s but I cannot be more definite. I've also seen them attributed to two manufacturers: Engeval and Kirby Beard and Co; however, this bottle opener is not marked with a manufacturer. The dimensions from the snout to an ear are 3.5" and 3.75" from an ear to the base of the neck. The base measures 2.5" x 2". Weight is approximately 13 ounces.
*****Condition: There is a definite patina of wear and discoloration to the metal as well as to the actual opener plate on the underside. This opener has been used. Please examine the photos carefully and do let me know if you need more as I'll be happy to oblige.
