This WWI era French flag bears the words: Cœur Sacré de Jesus, Espoir et Salut de France (Sacred Heart of Jesus, Hope and Salvation of France.)
Dimensions: 13.8cm x 11.6cm
*****Condition: Please note that the flag has considerable soiling and possible climate stains. I've not attempted to clean it but will leave this up to the discretion of the new owner.
This is an interesting review of a book that mentions the use of the Sacred Heart on the French flag.
