This working, vintage, French lock by Furor is circa 1930s. The word déposé, which means "registered," appears under the brand name Furor. The keyhole has a small door that slides up and down.
The lock measures 3" (including the shank) x 2"(at its widest) x ½" thick.
There is a patina, which includes scratching, discoloration, and wear to the lock owing to its age and use.
