This vintage Mardi Gras medal from Belgium measures 1.25" across. The short green and white bit of frayed ribbon attached to the bail by another ring was possibly a longer piece of ribbon by which to wear the medal. Pulled taut, the ribbon measures approximately 5.25".
The front of the medal features a festive cap, and the reverse reads, "Pascal I, Veronique I, 1987" with "Publica" at the bottom edge of the medal.
*****Condition: Please note the medal has wear as does the ribbon with some discoloration. Please examine the photos carefully and do let me know if you need more as I'll be happy to oblige.
