This French, wooden snuff box/tabatière, hand-carved in the shape of a clog or sabot, measures 115 x 45 x 30 mm. It is circa 19th century and does have tobacco residue in the compartment. The screw appears to be made of wood.
In good condition with some wear commensurate with use.
