This antique, French, door knocker was probably manufactured by Camion Frères in the late 1800s.
The hand and wrist portion measure 4.5" at the longest point, and the plate measures 2" x 1.5". There is a screw missing that is present with the two other door knockers listed in my shop. These remaining pieces are held together with a thin band of blue wire to keep them as one unit. Material is more than likely brass.
****It will take a bit of work to mount this. May also be used as a paperweight. Please note that there is wear commensurate with age and use.
