This Laguiole corkscrew with foil cutter is from France and comes with a presentation box. I believe the handle is acrylic, and there is discoloration or a variation of color visible on one side. Please examine the second photo to see this and do ask if you would like more photos as I will be happy to oblige.
The corkscrew does not fold, has a bee symbol on one end, and bears the Bacchus model name on the top of the worm closest to the handle.
