This rare absinthe spoon advertises the French bitters brand Secrestat, which is no longer produced. Bitter Secrestat contained gentian bitters much enhanced by citrus. The spoon measures 16 cm x 3.3 cm and is made of aluminum.
Please note there are scratches and a patina on the metal owing to age and usage. Please examine the photos carefully and do let me know if you would like more as I'll be happy to oblige.
Secrestat bitters were especially popular in the 1930s.
