Figural, Belgian, 830 Silver Rattle of Fish with Ring for Display or for Doll or Bear

This baby rattle from Belgium is circa 1940s. The metal is hallmarked A830 for the silver content. The ring is plastic, perhaps celluloid, and measures 1.5" across. Dimensions of the rattle are 2" from the tail to the head of the fish x 1.25", not including the metal bale, which bears the A830 hallmark and an unidentifiable maker's mark.

The bottom of the rattle has two holes through which a light tinkling of the rattle is heard. The fish is tarnished, but I've not polished it, preferring to leave this up to the new owner's discretion.
