This antique, circa 1910, French, bébé brooch is of a very lightweight silver-colored metal (but not actual silver). There are no identifying marks although déposé, a patent term denoting the item was made in France, appears on the clasp.
The clasp is a looped C style, and the brooch is 3.5 cm in length.
****Please note that the pin is very loose so that care must be taken if this is to be worn. It is more suitable for a doll or bear.
