This Villeroy and Boch tile in the Rusticana pattern measures 6" x 6" and is circa 1960s, based on the company logo (as seen on the back) for this era.
The tile is in very good condition with no chips, cracks or crazing. There is a slight discoloration along the left hand side edge, as seen in the second photo.
