Mid-1800s tabletop picture frame in metal from Napoleon III era. Bow ornamentation is in the style of Louis XVI (1754-1793).
Height is approximately 4". Width is 2.75" at its widest. Photo opening is 1.25" across.
Please note there is no cover to the front of the frame's photo opening. Also, the back circular piece has wear owing to the pressure of the wire stand portion of the frame.
