This antique, circa 1910, French, bébé brooch appears to be of gold-plated metal, but there are no identifying marks.
The capped C safety clasp works, but the pin remains loose once it is clicked into place. Still, I do not believe this will hamper the brooch from being safely pinned to a garment.
Dimensions are 1 ⅜" x ¼" at its widest.
