Antique, Plume de Brazza Box by D. Leonardt and Cie of Birmingham

This antique pen nib box is from the 1880s and was produced by D. Leonardt and Cie of Birmingham for the French market. The box contains one of the original nibs and the original leaflet in French. Dimensions are 2 ¾ x 2 x 1.

*****Condition: Please note that the box has considerable wear, creasing, and some tearing, the latter of which is especially noticeable in the fifth photo. Please examine all photos, especially photos 1-8, to see this evidence of wear, creasing and tearing. Also, the sixth and seventh photos show buckling to the edges of the box where the metal plate (with space for a nib) is positioned. Finally, the eighth photo shows some damage as well as discoloration/staining to the interior of the box.
