This French, Holy Spirit, Alpha Omega, Our Lady medal is marked "France" on the bale and has PHC in the lower right corner and JB in the lower left corner. The PHC is for PH Chambault.
The medal measures ⅞", not including the bale. It is comprised of a nickel alloy and does have wear commensurate with age and wear. Please examine the photos and do let me know if you would like more photos as I'll be happy to oblige.
