This photochrom print, entitled "La Inrikischa, Voiture du Japon," is circa early 1900s. The photochrom was primarily published from the 1890s to the 1910s. These images are not photographs but ink-based photolithographs.
The entire piece measures 12.5" x 9.5" and the image size is 8.25" x 5.75". The title appears underneath the photochrom portion, and the printer is in the lower left corner as Grav. Imp. Par. Gillot.
The piece does have condition issues in the way of creases, staining, soiling, and two holes on the left edge of the border, probably from where this print was removed from a book.
I have not attempted to iron out the creases as I am unsure as to how this antique paper would respond. Also, it is possible to frame the piece with only the image and small portion of the border, as most, but not all, creasing is contained within the border. Finally, one might want to take this to a professional restorer who specializes in old paper.
