This vintage Henriot Quimper egg cup is circa 1968-1983, based on its marks. The HB Quimper mark with the "f" and "d" designations (for form and decoration, respectively) was used when the Henriot factory went out of business and the HB factory purchased the rights to their molds, designs and marks. The new company name was Les Faïenceries de Quimper. Pieces released in later years, from 1984-2003 do not have the HB Henriot mark. This egg cup measures 4" in height and 2.5" across the opening.
****Condition: Please note the condition issues as seen in the last last four photos:
The seventh photo shows a chip on the left and a small imperfection invisible to the unaided eye in the lower right.
The eighth photo shows discoloration to the porcelain.
The ninth and tenth photos show two areas on the edge of the base where the glaze did not take to the bisque. The glaze may have been inadvertently wiped during the glazing process. These are not chips but rough areas.
