Condition:

Book covers have considerable wear as well as areas of darkening and fading on both the front and back boards. There is also a mark above "Les" where a chip out of the cover is apparent. The paste down illustration on the front cover is in fair condition.

The spine has considerable wear as well as chipping and loose pieces of the binding, particularly at the top and bottom of the spine. This is probably owing to repeated removal of the book from a shelf.

The pages are thick and in good condition, but there is some foxing and the pages are not quite shaken but loose within the binding. The illustrations are vivid and in good condition as is the text.
